We aim to appoint agents as closer to you as possible. However sometimes it is difficult for us to reach you. Therefore we have made arrangements where you can avail our services without visiting us. Currently this can be done by calling our branches at 0121 515 4008. To avail this service you will need to express your intention to us either by calling the above number, or by visiting one of our branches.

 

If you are visiting any of our branches, the Customer Service Advisor will verify your proof of identity and proof of address to comply with the regulatory requirement, and keep a copy of your documents. Once your documents are verified, you can carry out transactions by calling us. If you are unable to visit our branches, you can still register with us by sending us the filled Customer Registration Form along with your proof of ID and proof of address. Unfortunately as you will not be visiting our location physically, we need your documents certified by somebody. We accept certification only by the below persons.

  • An accountant
  • An embassy or consular official
  • A doctor
  • A notary
  • A postmaster and
  • A solicitor

 

Once you are registered, a Customer Identity Verification (CIV) code will be generated. The CIV code will be sent to you by post to your registered address. Every time you call BRAC Saajan Exchange Ltd to carry out any transaction or any other activity, you will need to confirm this CIV code. Our Telephone Customer Service Advisor will ask you few questions to verify your identity. This verification is solely to protect your personal matters. Once you pass the verification steps, you can carry out transaction in a way as if you are in one of our branches. You will need to provide payment confirmation to the Customer Service Advisor before your transaction is carried out. Therefore you will be calling us first to get a quote for the transaction, and then call again one the payment is made. Until we acknowledge your payment, the Customer Service Advisor will not be able to carry out the transaction.For your money transfer transactions you can pay to us:

 

  • Either by transferring from your own personal account,
  • Or by using Pingit service of Barclays Bank

 

How to register with us without visiting us?

You must complete and send Customer Registration Form along with a valid proof of ID and proof of address (certified by the authorised person). You can send customer registration form either by email to customerservice@bracsaajanexchange.com or by posting to the below address:
